Yellow canjica Zaeli 500gr

It is a product derived from corn classified as pearl crystal that belongs to the species Zea mays, L. The raw material, when it reaches the Industry, is subjected to a rigorous quality control, being classified and stored appropriately in its own silos. The product is obtained by automatic or manual scarification/degermination, which includes the following process: pre-cleaning, cleaning, skinning and degermination of the grain, burnishing (polishing with stone) and finally sutament (act of passing through the suta).

 Yellow corn is gluten-free, but can cross-pollinate with gluten-containing foods during harvesting and transportation.
